Purpose
Cj15 series AC contactor (hereinafter referred to as contactor) is mainly used for power frequency coreless induction furnace control equipment and other power lines, which is used for long-distance connection and breaking off power lines. The rated voltage of contactor is 500v.1000v; the rated voltage is 1000A, 2000a and 4000A.
Structure
The contactor is arranged in a strip type plane, and the magnetic system is on the right side of a flat steel for installation, the contact system is in the center and the auxiliary contact is left. The moving contact part of the contact system and the moving core part of the magnetic system are installed on the same rotating shaft, and the whole arrangement is easy to monitor and maintain.
The magnetic system of contact is composed of gate type dynamic and static core and suction coil. Both the dynamic and static core are equipped with buffer device to reduce the contact bounce and rebound caused by the collision of the core.
The main contact of contact device is made of silver base alloy material with high resistance to fusion welding and electrical wear. The arc extinguishing system adopts longitudinal slit ceramic earth arc extinguishing cover and deionization grid device.
The contact is driven by the rotating shaft by the action of magnetic system and reaction spring, contact spring and self weight.
