YUANKY Explosion-Proof Control Button: Introduction, Applications and Usage Scenarios

YUANKY G3/4 Explosion-Proof Control Button is a high-safety electrical control component designed for hazardous flammable and explosive environments, fully compliant with GB 3836 and IEC 60079 international standards. With a rated voltage of AC 220V/380V and rated current of 10A, it features exde Ⅱ BT6/CT6 explosion-proof ratings, IP65 protection grade and WF1 anti-corrosion grade, delivering reliable control and safety protection for industrial explosive environments.
Crafted from high-strength aluminum alloy via one-piece die-casting, the button housing undergoes high-speed blasting and electrostatic spraying for excellent durability and corrosion resistance. Stainless steel exposed fasteners enhance waterproof and dustproof performance, while its compact composite structure integrates increased safety housing and explosion-proof internal components. It supports installation of buttons, indicator lights and ammeters for real-time equipment status monitoring, with a G3/4 inlet thread fitting 8–12mm cables and compatible with steel pipe or cable wiring.
This control button is certified for explosive gas zones 1/2 (ⅡA/ⅡB/ⅡC) and combustible dust zones 20/21/22, suitable for temperature groups T1–T6. It is widely used in petroleum exploitation, oil refining, chemical processing, offshore oil platforms and oil tankers, as well as military industry and metal processing plants with combustible dust risks. It serves as a core control device for equipment start/stop, emergency shutdown and status indication in hazardous industrial areas.
Combining superior explosion-proof performance, strong environmental adaptability and easy installation, YUANKY explosion-proof control button ensures safe and stable operation in harsh industrial environments. It is an ideal safety control solution for global enterprises in petroleum, chemical and other high-risk industries.
