The global mains power supply is divided into two major voltage systems: 220~240V/50Hz is the mainstream, covering China (single-phase 220V, three-phase 380V), Europe (single-phase 230V, three-phase 400V), the United Kingdom (240V/415V), Australia and New Zealand, Southeast Asia and African countries. 100-127V low-voltage system: US and Canadian single-phase 120V, three-phase 208/240V, 60Hz; Single-phase 100V in Japan, 50/60Hz for the east and west parts, prioritizing safety and having lower insulation requirements.
Material and safety standards: Chinese (GB7251) cold-rolled steel plate/stainless steel of ≥1.5mm for box body, flame-retardant insulating parts CTI≥600, grounding resistance ≤0.1Ω, indoor IP2X, outdoor IP54, CCC compulsory certification. The metal housing of the European Union (CE/IEC) is thickened and rust-proof, the non-metallic parts are UL94 V-0 flame-retardant, and it strictly complies with EMC and RoHS environmental protection standards, with higher electrical clearance standards. The American standard (UL) is compatible with low-voltage systems, emphasizing fire resistance and impact resistance. The plastic casing has strict flame retardant grades, and the grounding and explosion-proof regulations are detailed. The Japanese standard is compatible with 100V low voltage, the box is lightweight, the insulation and heat resistance requirements are loose, and the protection level is mainly suitable for indoor use. All countries have banned the use of flammable materials, which must meet the requirements of anti-corrosion, grounding, sealing protection and local certification.
